1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Trunks app (“Trunks”) or its related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Trunks.
2. Description of Service
Trunks, developed by Tyme Labs Inc. (“Tyme Labs”), is a reward-based gaming platform where users play games by Tyme Labs to earn in-app currency. Your game progress syncs automatically across all games, and earned currency can be converted to real rewards every 3 hours.
3. User Accounts
a. Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trunks. In jurisdictions requiring a higher minimum age, those restrictions apply.
b. Account Creation:
Trunks uses anonymous authentication. You may play games and earn rewards without providing personal information. Your account is linked to your device for game progress syncing.
c. Account Security:
You are responsible for securing your device and for all activities associated with your account.
4. Gaming and Rewards
a. Game Play:
Trunks provides access to games developed by Tyme Labs. Game progress and currency earnings sync automatically across all installed games.
b. Currency Earning:
You earn in-app currency (“Emeralds”) by playing games. Currency accumulation is tracked automatically in your Trunks wallet.
c. Reward Redemption:
Earned currency can be converted to real rewards. Redemptions are available every 3 hours. Tyme Labs reserves the right to modify reward availability, conversion rates, and redemption schedules at any time.
d. Fair Play:
You agree to play games fairly and not use any automated tools, bots, or methods to artificially earn currency. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of earned currency.
5. User Conduct
a. Prohibited Activities:
You may not use Trunks to engage in illegal activities, cheat, exploit bugs, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Account Restrictions:
Tyme Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Privacy
Your use of Trunks is subject to our Privacy Policy, available within the app and on our website.
7. Subscription Services
a. Fees:
Certain Trunks features may require a subscription. You agree to pay applicable fees.
b. Cancellation:
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but no refunds are provided for unused periods.
8. Rewards and Currency
a. Currency Value:
In-app currency has no real-world value outside of Trunks and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged except through the official reward redemption system.
b. Reward Availability:
Reward availability, types, and conversion rates are subject to change. Tyme Labs does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward at any time.
c. Redemption Processing:
Reward redemptions are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Tyme Labs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party reward providers.
9. Termination
Tyme Labs may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. No Warranty:
Trunks is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
b. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyme Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trunks.
11. Changes to Terms
Tyme Labs may update these Terms. Changes will be communicated through Trunks or other means. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
